DaydayPDF
Terms of Service
These terms govern DaydayPDF's free PDF tools, advertising, Google accounts, and recurring ad-removal subscription.
1. Operator and agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and operator or legal business name required before launch (“Operator”) for use of DaydayPDF. Using a feature means accepting the terms shown for that use. Separate consent is obtained where required for optional data, personalized ads or recurring payment.
2. Definitions
- “Service” means the PDF editing, merging, splitting, rotating, reordering, resizing, conversion, compression and unlocking tools on the website and PWA.
- “Anonymous user” uses free tools without an account. “Account user” signs in with Google through Firebase Authentication.
- “Subscriber” has an active recurring ad-removal subscription.
- “Business use” means centrally deploying or managing the Service for an organization, controlling seats for multiple users, automation/API use or resale.
3. Service and local files
- The Service processes supported PDFs and images in your browser and saves output to your device. Features marked as coming soon or hidden from the interface are not currently provided.
- User files are not uploaded to the Operator's file storage servers. Autosaved files and edits may remain temporarily in that browser for recovery.
- On-device storage is not permanent or cloud backup. You must save and back up important results.
- Results may vary by browser, operating system, document structure, encryption, signature and memory limits.
4. Free use and ads
- Core PDF tools are available without an account and free pages may display ads.
- Rejecting optional analytics or ad-personalization consent does not block PDF tools. Contextual or limited ads may still be shown where lawful.
- Ads are hidden while signed in with an active subscription. A subscription licenses benefits during its term; it does not sell ownership of the Service.
5. Accounts
- A Google/Firebase account is required only to purchase, restore and verify a subscription.
- An account is for one person and may not be shared, transferred or rented. You are responsible for maintaining current details and protecting access.
- Disconnecting Google access does not cancel a DaydayPDF account or subscription. Use the separate cancellation and deletion processes.
- Account data is deleted on request except records that must be retained by law.
6. Recurring ad-removal subscription
- DaydayPDF offers no one-time purchase. The ad-removal product renews automatically monthly or annually until cancelled.
- Checkout terms for price, currency, tax, billing cycle, start date and any trial control the purchase. See the Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy.
- A payment provider processes payment and DaydayPDF uses subscription status to grant the benefit.
- Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Failed payment may result in suspension after any grace period.
- We give clear advance notice and obtain consent when required for price increases, free-to-paid conversion or other material billing changes.
7. Personal, work and business use
- Personal use and an employee's direct use for their own work are permitted under ordinary use.
- Central organizational deployment or management, shared accounts, bulk seat control, API/automation integration or resale requires a separate Business agreement.
- A personal account or subscription may not be shared. Business pricing, support and administration are governed by a separate contract.
8. User responsibilities
- Use only files you own or are authorized to process, and do not infringe privacy, confidentiality or intellectual property rights.
- Use unlocking tools only on documents you are authorized to access.
- Do not disrupt the Service, exploit vulnerabilities, distribute malware or use it unlawfully.
- Before saving, verify content, page order, resolution, links, fonts and digital-signature status.
9. Intellectual property and compatibility
You retain rights in your files. The Operator retains rights in the DaydayPDF name, logo, interface and original content. Third-party components remain subject to their licenses. Editing or compressing may invalidate digital signatures, and special color spaces, forms, annotations, OCR layers, attachments, scripts or non-standard PDFs may not be fully preserved.
10. Changes, suspension and liability
- We may change or suspend features for quality, security, legal compliance or third-party changes, with reasonable notice for material planned changes.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not responsible for loss caused without its intent or gross negligence by your environment, unsaved work, unauthorized files or events beyond reasonable control.
- Nothing excludes liability or mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Restriction and termination
We may proportionately restrict accounts or subscriptions for material breach, payment fraud, account sharing or security threats. You may cancel a subscription and request account deletion. If the paid Service ends entirely, we will provide reasonable notice and any refund or remedy required by law.
12. Changes to terms
We normally give 7 days' notice, or 30 days for material adverse changes. Notice does not replace consent where law requires it.
13. Governing law and global users
Korean law governs these terms, but this does not remove mandatory consumer or privacy rights in your country. The Korean text controls if a translation differs, except where local mandatory law requires otherwise.
